Waivers 25 Code of Conduct Waivers At AAR, we are all held to the same expectations and the commitment to do what is right under our Code. That is why we all certify each year that we will comply with the Code. Any request for a waiver from a requirement of the Code must be submitted to and approved by the General Counsel (and by the Board of Directors or a committee of the Board of Directors in the case of a waiver request from an executive officer or director), and must be promptly documented and disclosed, as required by law.
